That’s why I decided to name my business ‘Honey Bee HR and Admin’.
I’m Carolyn Long Assoc. CIPD, known for my organisation skills and willingness to get stuck in no matter what the job!
My family and friends mean everything to me. When I’m not busy with friends and family, I can often be found working with the Downslink Challenge team helping manage the events that raise money for Woking and Sam Beare Hospice and in my spare time, I have been renovating houses - during one busy time, I moved to three different houses in just two years!
I have a wide range of skills - I spent 20 years with a company that started with just 3 of us in a converted garage growing to a group of companies with 70 plus employees. As you can imagine, over the years and in previous roles, I have undertaken a lot of different responsibilities including HR support, setting up software, processes, policies, employee engagement, performance management, redundancy, restructures and everything else you need in a busy HR department as well as event planning and management, managing a busy office, improving business processes, PA work and graphic design.
I understand the stress it can cause when you have a lot on, and sometimes you just need a fresh set of eyes, a spare pair of hands, run ideas past someone or just get some advice.
